Biography
Rikku is a young Al Bhed girl from Bikanel Island, as well as Yuna's cousin. She met Ben and Tidus on the island of Baaj when they first came to Spira, and took them on the ship with her as they left. Later, she went on an expedition to uncover an airship from beneath the ocean, but Sin appeared near the ship minutes later, dragging the two males overboard. Later, Rikku met back up with the group outside Guadosalam, where she became Yuna's guardian. Eventually, Rikku and Ben became a couple, the latter admitting his feelings shortly before Sin was defeated.
Two years after Yuna defeated Sin, Rikku became a sphere hunter, along with Yuna and another acquaintance named Paine. Ben also returned and joined the group, now called the Gullwings, much to Rikku's surprise and happiness. The group traveled all over Spira, collecting spheres and confronting the Leblanc Syndicate at every turn, before eventually becoming wrapped up in a plot to destroy the world with the utilization of a machina named Vegnagun. The Gullwings eventually defeated Vegnagun, and then departed for the world of Gaia six months later.
Personality
Rikku is a very hyperactive and bubbly individual, rarely seen without a smile on her face except in times of great trouble. She seems to have grown a bit more serious now due to SeeD training at Trabia Garden, but she still retains most of her same childish and playful attitude.
Synopsis
Rikku has been involved in nearly every major event from the first two stories in the Clouded Horizons series - Destiny's Call and Eternal Requiem - as well as many of the events in Dimensional Legend. For more information, see the pages for those works.
Combat Information
Rikku's skills in battle are primarily offensive, focusing on hitting from places the enemies don't expect and staying out of harm's way. While not particularly powerful, her natural agility and speed more than make up for her lack of power.
