Blademaster is a Transcendence Class in the Eighth Realm specializing in quick-striking melee combat that deals both physical and elemental damage.

Overview

As a Transcendence Class, Blademaster lacks in offense behind other classes such as Adept Rogue or Champion. What it lacks in power, however, it more than makes up for in speed - Blademasters boast an exceptional Agility rating as well as an impressive Critical Hit chance. One interrupt or Accuracy-reducing effect, however, could put the unwary Blademaster out of commission - the need to successfully chain attack skills to deal maximum damage, as well as an average defensive capability, make counterattacks potentially fatal.

Attributes

  • Synergy: Synergy grants no inherent effect to character stats, but instead increases the effectiveness of abilities. The green numbers above represent the change in the ability between 1 rank of Synergy and 16 (maximum) ranks of Synergy.
  • Velocity: For each rank of Velocity, Agility increases by 5%.
  • Reflex: For each rank of Reflex, Weapon Delay decreases by 1%.
